The Salesforce Professionals and IT Resources contract is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract that enables the DC Department of Health to procure Salesforce expertise and other IT resources to support a variety of systems and databases developed in the Salesforce environment and the expanded use of the cloud platform. The contract vehicle has the following benefits:
- Drastically reduces time to procure Salesforce services
- No limit on the number of orders that may be issued
- Contract ceiling of $950,000
Ordering Period: Our Master Contract is effective Feb 12, 2019 – Sep 30, 2022.
Task Order Types: The contract allows for the placement of Labor Hour task orders at ceiling rates defined in the contract not to exceed the contract ceiling amount of $950,000.00.
Eligibility: Use of this contract is limited to the DC Department of Health.
