ESI delivers IT resources to the County efficiently and cost-effectively through fixed-price and Time & Material (T&M) task orders. This approach meets the County’s needs by combining project-oriented consulting with staff augmentation.

Ordering Procedures: A County Task Order Manager (TOM) will originate a Task Order Proposal Request (TOPR) with the task specifications to be performed or the labor category and duties in the case of technical services TOPRs.
