District of Columbia Supply Schedule (DCSS)
The DC Supply Schedule (DCSS) is the city’s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) for providing commercial products and services to District government agencies. Competitive contracts are awarded to suppliers who provide products and services to meet recurring needs of these government agencies. Government acquisition personnel from DC and other jurisdictions in the region may place task or delivery orders against the schedule. The DCSS streamlines the purchasing process through sixteen (16) schedules:

- Audit & Financial Management Services
- Engineering and Logistics Services
- Furniture and Furniture Management Services
- General Office Supplies
- Industrial Services
- Industrial Supplies and Apparel
- Information Technology, Equipment and Software
- Marketing, Media and Public Information
- Medical Supplies and Equipment
- Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS)
- Moving and Logistics Services
- Printing and Document Management Services
- Security Equipment, Security Services and Emergency Preparedness
- Temporary Support Services
- Training Services and Products
Base Ordering Period: Jul 2, 2021 – Jul 1, 2026
Ordering Period: The contract period of performance is Sep 26, 2017 – Sep 25, 2022. GSA may exercise a total of up to three additional 5 year option periods.
Task Order Types: The contract allows for the placement of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) or Time and Materials (T&M) task orders using the labor categories and ceiling rates defined in the contract.
Eligibility: Use of this contract is limited to DC Government Agencies and other local jurisdictions as follows:

- Privatization Support Services and Documentation

Ordering Procedures: Agency Contracting Officers can place orders under the DCSS by issuing either a Delivery Order (for supplies) or Task Order (for services).
