Washington, DC – Educology Solutions (ESI) has been selected to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) under a multi-year contract focused on sustaining and enhancing the agency’s Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) infrastructure. The effort supports IRS Enterprise Operations and includes critical platform services that maintain the performance, security, and scalability of the IRS’s IT environment.
Under the contract, ESI will deliver services including the installation, configuration, hardening, maintenance, and monitoring of Red Hat Linux servers, as well as lead efforts to upgrade and optimize the Red Hat Satellite infrastructure. Additional responsibilities include deployment and troubleshooting of JBoss EAP, automation via Ansible Tower, and platform integration using OpenShift.

The scope includes support for Red Hat clustering technologies such as NFS, GFS, and Gluster, as well as process automation and performance tuning.
This engagement further strengthens ESI’s federal portfolio and highlights its expertise in open-source platform support, Linux systems engineering, and enterprise infrastructure modernization.
