Washington, DC, May 12, 2026. Educology Solutions (ESI), a Washington Metropolitan Area, District-certified firm under the District of Columbia Unified Certification Program (DCUCP), to include Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) and the District Department of Transportation (DOT) was awarded the WMATA Technical Training and Development Division (TTDV) Design Staff Augmentation Contract. ESI partnered with College Park, Maryland-based JAG Global Learning (JAG), who brought a wealth of transit instructional design experience to create Team ESI.

WMATA is one of the largest transit organizations in the United States, providing three core transit functions: Metrorail, Metrobus, and Metro Access paratransit. TTDV division is responsible for designing, updating, and evaluating the curriculum and training materials for Metro’s specialized workforce. Under this contract, Team ESI will provide instructional design and learning innovation services to support WMATA TTDV’s ongoing internal and external curriculum requirements, helping develop comprehensive, effective, and engaging learning solutions.
