Washington, DC – March 17, 2025 – Educology Solutions (ESI) has been awarded a Technology Staffing Provider (TSP) contract by Baltimore County’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) under the State of Maryland’s CATS+ program. This multi-year task order enables ESI to provide a full range of technical staffing support across all functional areas within the County’s IT operations. 

The contract supports the County’s transition from its legacy ITCATS program to a more agile and flexible staffing model under CATS+, with ESI positioned to deliver high-quality personnel for IT projects and staff augmentation needs.

The TSP contract covers over 100 labor categories, including enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, application development, data management, help desk operations, and cloud infrastructure. ESI will deliver both on-site and hybrid resources aligned with the County’s SDLC methodology and security standards.
